2025 Beach Retreat

Beach Retreat - July 25-27, 2024
NMBC Youth will be going on a Retreat at the beautiful Ocean City Tabernacle in Ocean City, New Jersey. Throughout the weekend we will have plenty of time to learn about God’s great love for us, enjoy special events/activities/games, enjoy time at the beach and boardwalk, and spend time with our favorite people!
This is a retreat. There will be lessons lead by leaders in the youth group to challenge each teen to follow the Lord more closely and devote their lives fully to Him. This weekend is for all students going into 9th grade through 2025 graduates.
The group will be staying at the Ocean City Tabernacle, which has two large rooms (Guys and Gals) and a bunch of mattresses for everyone to sleep. There is a large space for games, a space for teachings, a kitchen for meals, and it is just 3 blocks from the beach! We will meet at NMBC @ 10am on Friday, July 25th to head out to Ocean City – students will be responsible for lunch on Friday & Sunday. Sunday, July 27th we plan to return to NMBC at 3:30pm.

*We are blessed to have our friends from Redeemer Fellowship join us on our Retreat! Together, we are praying for an unforgettable weekend where each teen grows in their relationship with the Lord!

You will need to make sure to bring:
Your Bible, A Note Book, A Pen/Pencil, Towel, Sleeping Bag/Pillow, Toiletries, Messy Clothes

The cost of this retreat is $125/student before July 13th - $160/student after. July 17th will be the cutoff to register for the retreat. The cost covers food, transportation, and much more (scholarships will be granted on a needs based basis, please talk to Nick or any other leader about this if needed).

All permission slips are due by Thursday, July 17th.

We are extremely excited for this chance to relax, have fun at the beach, and take some time to be challenged by the Scriptures to grow closer to Christ! Hope you can make it!
