Parental Permission

I give permission for my son or daughter to attend and participate in all activities provided during this 4 day kids camp. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, New Monmouth Baptist Church, the members of the Kids Ministry Team, and adult supervisors, from all liability for any loss or damage on account of injury to the person or property. I also agree, in the event of an emergency, to allow for my child to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by medical personnel.

On behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), I give my permission for New Monmouth Baptist Church to capture and record photo, video, and audio of my child(ren) during any Family Ministry programs or events. I grant New Monmouth Baptist Church and its affiliated entities full rights to use any images or recordings that include me or my child(ren). I understand that these photos, videos, and audio recordings may be used in online publications, print materials, presentations, websites, and social media. I acknowledge that all such media will become the property of New Monmouth Baptist Church, and that neither I nor my child(ren) will receive any royalty, fee, or other compensation for their use. I also release and hold harmless New Monmouth Baptist Church, its board of elders, pastors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any known or unknown liabilities arising from the use of these images or recordings.

This AWESOME 4 day camp costs $20 per camper payable by check or credit card. There is a $50 cap for families with 3+ children. If you have 3+ children attending VBS 2026, choose the pay by check option below to receive the special pricing of $50. Please make checks out to NMBC and drop/mail to the church office: 4 Cherry Tree Farm Road, Middletown, 07748. We never want money to be a reason any child cannot join us for camp - needs based scholarships are made available upon request.

With registration each child will recieve a camp tshirt (we encourage each child to wear their tshirt each day!).

Save the Date: Sunday, July 5th will be our celebration Worship Service where we will recap the awesome week we had, have our Kids share their VBS songs (they will perform in their classes), and we will get to have a GREAT morning to enjoy games and family fun!
*We are aware this is a holiday weekend, and we hope your family can join in all the fun that Sunday morning as our kids will sing and wrap up an awesome camp experience - there will be family fun during and after the worship service!
