If selected to be apart of the VBS 2026 teen volunteers, I am agreeing to take this opportunity seriously. I will be prepared each day arriving at 8am and dismissed at 12:30pm. I will listen to leadership and obey instruction. I will consider my words and actions towards my classmates. I understand if I do not follow leadership's expectation I will be asked to call my parents and have them pick me up. All Teen Volunteers are to stay off their devices during serving and working with children. All Teen Volunteers are expected to make Volunteer Meeting(s) leading up to VBS 2026 (dates TBD via Email. All Teen Volunteers are expected to seek to be a role model to campers in faith and conduct – please take this opportunity seriously to grow in faith personally, and encourage campers to grow in their relationship with the Lord!

Parental Permission

I give permission for my son or daughter to attend and participate in all activities provided during this 4 day kids camp. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless, New Monmouth Baptist Church, the members of the Kids Ministry Team, and adult supervisors, from all liability for any loss or damage on account of injury to the person or property. I also agree, in the event of an emergency, to allow for my child to receive medical treatment deemed necessary by medical personnel.

On behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), I give my permission for New Monmouth Baptist Church to capture and record photo, video, and audio of my child(ren) during any Family Ministry programs or events. I grant New Monmouth Baptist Church and its affiliated entities full rights to use any images or recordings that include me or my child(ren). I understand that these photos, videos, and audio recordings may be used in online publications, print materials, presentations, websites, and social media. I acknowledge that all such media will become the property of New Monmouth Baptist Church, and that neither I nor my child(ren) will receive any royalty, fee, or other compensation for their use. I also release and hold harmless New Monmouth Baptist Church, its board of elders, pastors, employees, volunteers, and representatives from any known or unknown liabilities arising from the use of these images or recordings.
